RADON MEASUREMENT SERVICES
48 Hour radon measurement tests pre and/or post mitigation using a continuous radon monitor to determine the average radon level in the home.
RADON MITIGATION SYSTEM REPAIRS
Modifications or replacement of mitigation system parts or supplies that could be contributing to increases to the level of radon exposure in the home.
WARRANTY WORK
Work completed within one year of the installation and five years on the radon fan to MMC mitigation systems, if any component of the system fails or the indoor living space radon level exceeds 3.9 pCi/L.

MMC Radon Remediation, LLC was started in 2015. MMC has the professional experience and the necessary Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection licenses to provide Erie County and the surrounding areas (in the state of PA) various radon mitigation and radon measurement services. We are fully insured registered Pennsylvania Home Improvement Contractors.
Being locally owned and operated, MMC has been able to work with home buyers, sellers and owners on reducing the indoor average radon level to below 4.0 pCi/L. We complete each radon mitigation installation until successful results are achieved in the areas of Erie, Warren and Crawford Counties and take pride in treating our clients and their homes with care.
